It took a while, but here it is, a new Atlas forum! Now, we can discuss again the best fitness course on the market.

Yep. Even if you're a quadriplegic you can still use the abdominal and lower back exercises. If you've only got one arm but two legs you can still do the entire lower body routine. Same if you have both arms but only one leg. You can do the upper body exercises, and some of the exercises can be adapted to the one leg. If you've got only one arm and one leg that's still not going to bar you from using the course.

Remember: A good excuse is one you can use over and over.

It's good to see you posting again too. Thanks for the compliment. Now all I need do is work my mojo on about fifty million people.

I moved to Utah two months ago and am still getting used to the drastic change in climate. Temps are in the seventies in the Mojave Desert of California, but here the temps are in the fifties or forties. Cold to this desert wuss.

This new message board format will definitely eliminate the spammers and anything truly weird or obnoxious.
