End of April 2009 progress report been meaning to post but no time working out

I think i have lost a few pounds since but here is my lateest stats:
Ok 4 months have gone since last update :
Age 35
Bicep 15 inch - increase
Forearm 11 inch 5 eights - hmm not really increase
Wrist 6 3/4 - little increase
Neck 17 3/4 - no increase
Chest normal 39 7 eights - must have lost alittle more fat -
Chest extended 41 1/4 - down a little - hmmm - i'm doing more dips and feel stronger
Knee 15 1/8 - down alittle
Calf 16 1/4 - increase!
Thigh 24 inch - decrease!
Hips 39 inches - decrease!
Waist 36 and a half - decrease - what i wanted!!! almost 2 inches - i have lost loads around where my belly button is but Charles Atlas never included this stat but just thought i would mention it!
My weight is now 13 stone

DD -Side effect - getting more chances with women - trust me
I have noticed that my stats go up and down a little but hey as long as i'm loosing fat and retaining my muscle mass i am very happy and without diet still eating whatever - i love food aint stopping my only luxury and beer/whisky!! - although i have wised up alittle to certain foods - can say my upper body has improved since jan - doing my arm workout, chest workout and shoulder workout - i plan to do start my back exerciese for the first time maybe once over the weekend
Also , some days i go twice to gym cardio at lunch time and after i do my atlas!!
I do put alot of effort into exercises and now expect to be 12.5 next time i update you guys -
Started september 2007 - weight 14.8 now 13 stone April 2009 - hard work and sweat and nothing else
