I can take a fairly long lunch break so I walk around city blocks. Have to stop sometimes, which is not ideal. This winter I'll probably go back to my stationary bike when it's too cold outdoors.

I use a app of the iPhone to track my walks etc
It's handy for the music as well!

Hi Everyone,

I have been doing the running section for about a week now and i mix in the jogging with the walking.
There is a park near me that i lap round and as I get fitter i add laps.
With the walking I am a personal trainer so i walk back from the gym love that stretch as far forward and backward while walking.
I do 10 stretch walks per 1 set and I add a set each time.

I do the Chest routine the shoulder routine the Legs and upper arms routine then the walk or run.
