When everyone around you is anxious and stressed, take a step back and breathe. Then go for a walk to clear your mind. If you can't go for a walk then focus on something else instead of the stress that is around you.

When we have a lot of stress, primarily at work, I am going for a long ride on my bike (about 10-20km).
It really clears my mind and my body. I can think clearly and more calmly and I can feel my heart, my lungs, and my whole body working more efficiently.
When I return to the office, the situation doesn't look nearly as bad anymore.
